 宁波市江东区科研创业中心是经江东区人民政府批准成立的公益性事业单位，是江东区高新技术研发、中试、产业化和科技人员创业的重要基地。中心位于宁波市科技园区江东分园服务中心区内，总建筑面积37200平方米，它由一幢创业中心大楼和四幢标准厂房所组成。交通便利、设施齐全、体系完善、政策优惠。中心坚持以“发展高科技，实现产业化，为科技人员创业服务，培育具有自主知识产权的科技型企业和具有现代经营管理理念的企业家”为宗旨，为进驻的国内外科研机构、创业人员提供经费资助、信息咨询、风险投资、专利申请、物业管理、商务活动等全方位服务，为进驻企业提供良好的创业环境。
The Jiangdong Hi-tech Business Incubator of Ningbo is a non-profit
organization established by the people's Government of Jiangdong
District,Ningbo.It is an important base for high-tech research,pilot
production,and industrialization. It is located in the northwest
of the service center of Jiangdong Hi-tech Subpark.It has a central
building and four standard workshops,totaling 37,200 s quare meters
in floorage.It is near convenient transportation network,enjoys
preferential policies,and all the necessary infrastructure and supporting
facilities.The incubator takes it to be its watchwords to promote
the development and industrialization of high technology,to offer
services to the high-tech talents so that they can cultivate high-tech
enterprises with their own property rights and become entrepreneurs
with high sense of modern business management.To place the new enterprises
in a favorable environment,the incubator supplies the entrepreneurs
with such services as financial aid,information consultation,risk
investment,patent application,estate management and business activity
organization.
入驻条件
1、注册在江东区，具有法人资格的实体或自然人；
2、从事高新技术产品的开发、研究和生产的科技型企业或相配套的中介服务机构；
3、无公害、无污染，市场前景好，具有合法的知识产权的产品；
4、有一定的开发、研究经费；
5、遵守创业中心的管理条例。
Preconditions for entry
1.Natural persons or corporations registered at Jiangdong District.
2.Enterprises engaged in R&D of hi-tech or the related intermediary
service institutions.
3.Possessing patented and pollution-free products with good market
prospects.
4.Possessing a certain amount of funds for R&D.
5.Abiding by the management regulations of the Hi-tech Business
Incubator.
优惠政策
 1、中心向进驻企业提供与项目相适应的优惠配套用房；
2、根据项目情况，经区科委认定后，给予一定额度的创业资金支持；
3、博士和归国留学人员创办的企业可优先获得区科技经费资助；
4、可优先享受江东区的优惠政策；
5、免费代办企业工商注册、税务登记和有关变更登记手续；
6、帮助企业申报各级各类科技项目，优先列入区级科技计划；
7、对发展高新技术产业作出贡献的科技人员优先给予奖励；
8、为企业提供会议、学术交流、产品展示等场所。
Preferential policies
1.Necessary premises supplied to the entrants at concessionary terms.
2.Certain amount of financial aid to meet the need of the entrants
at the approval of the district government.
3.Privileges given to the entrants with doctor degrees or overseas
educational background in getting the financial aid.
4.Priorties given to then entrants in getting the district preferential
policies given to the investors.
5.Services free of charge offered to the entrants in corporate registration,tax
registration,and the related alteration procedures.
6.Assitence to the entrants in filling various hi-tech reports,and
priorities given to entrants in getting listed in the hi-tech development
plan of the district.
